Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns, within 1 days of delivery but you must pay the shipping costs and return the goods to us. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all parts, accessories and manuals, unassembled and in new condition. We recommend that you check your satisfaction with goods upon delivery and check that the color, specifications, etc. prior to assembly.
We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee will be charged at per item 20% of the original invoiced value. As such, you be refunded the following: Purchase Price – Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$)
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 30 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
Return Policy is non-applicable to items marked as “Promotion Item”, “Display Item”, “Customized Order” & all leather products.
For security reason, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will refund the payment within 3 working days upon inspection of returned goods at our warehouse but please allow up to 10 working days for the merchant to process your payment and for payment to appear on your card or Paypal account.
Items can be exchanged for products that are of the same or greater value within 1 days of purchase.
Items should strictly be unused, undamaged, in resealable condition with the original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.
We do not accept returns of bedsheets, pillows, mattress protector, bolster protector, bolsters, pillow protector etc. that has been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed or with traces of fragrance or odors.
Should the exchanged item bear a higher value than the existing item, customer will be required to top-up the difference.
A $50 transportation charge will also be required in the event customer requires delivery of the exchanged item. (picking up the existing item & delivery of the exchanged item)
